Watlow Screw Plug Immersino Heaters with Moisture Resistant/Explosure Resistant Terminal Enclosure Watlow FIREBAR 1.25 inch Screw Plug Immersion heaters (BDNF Series) for heating Process water. The screw plug is made of 304 Stainless Steel and the element is made of Alloy 800. The watt density is about 45 watts per square inch.

Available with a General Purpose Housing (NEMA 1) or Moisture/Explosion resistant housing (NEMA 4/7). Also available with integral thermostats in two ranges 60-250 or 100-550 degrees F.
