Fenwal Thermoswitch model 30000-0 has a range of 50-300 degrees. The 30000 series is a surface mount fully adjustable thermostat based on differential expansion of metals. As the outer case heats up due to its contact with the heated surface their is a linear change of the internal bridge assembly causing the contacts to open. A decrease closes the contacts.
